URGENT REQUEST TO ALL U.S. SENATORS:

----  Congressional Hearings must immediately commence to address the crisis within and about the federal judiciary.

----  Our treasured federal judges can no longer be treated as 2nd class citizens.  Federal judges have had to resort to filing federal lawsuits to receive proper compensation. (SEE: Barker, et al. v. USA, 12cv826, U.S. Court of Claims, filed November 30, 2012)

----  Court administrators are completely overburdened, unable to provide necessary court services, including vital ethics oversight. (In New York, the 2nd Circuit ethics oversight body has not been able to render a public finding since 2007)

----  Congress MUST act to restore the faith of the people in their system of justice.
