Urgent Request to U.S. Senate for Hearings on Crisis in Federal Judiciary

What a mess: federal judges are suing the federal government, ethics oversight is non-existent...

“The Ultimate Violation of Trust is the Corruption of Ethics Oversight”

URGENT REQUEST TO ALL U.S. SENATORS:
Thursday, March 21, 2013

----  Congressional Hearings must immediately commence to address the crisis within and about the federal judiciary.

----  Our treasured federal judges can no longer be treated as 2nd class citizens.  Federal judges have had to resort to filing federal lawsuits to receive proper compensation. (SEE: Barker, et al. v. USA, 12cv826, U.S. Court of Claims, filed November 30, 2012)

----  Court administrators are completely overburdened, unable to provide necessary court services, including vital ethics oversight. (In New York, the 2nd Circuit ethics oversight body has not been able to render a public finding since 2007)

----  Congress MUST act to restore the faith of the people in their system of justice.

**********
----  SEE THE LATEST on NY Governor Andrew Cuomo being asked to shut down judicial and attorney “ethics” offices after evidence reveals the widespread illegal wiretapping of attorneys and state judges .....

  1. Federal judges simply can't handle what the system throws at them. That's why we have a corrupted system of justice. I'm more worried about subordinates than I am about the judges.

Judges at least go before senate hearings. Other insiders get placed by connected people- THAT'S WHERE THE CORRUPTION HAPPENS !!!!!!!

  2. Subordinates do what their superiors ask them to.
Judges affirm their subordinates actions in court judgements, orders and rulings.

  3. Thanks for keeping U.S. abreast of this issues.
